TERMS AND CONDITION

• Fees are inclusive of programme materials and refreshments. Speakers’ presentations will not be given during registration as they will be downloadable from the event website within 7 working days from the congress’ last day. Only those presentations with speakers’ consent will be made available. Delegates will be provided with the login name and password to access the event website for this purpose.
• All payment must be received within 5 days of invoice.
• We reserve the right to refuse admission if payment is not received on time.
• All cancellations must be made in writing.
• Non-attendance does not constitute a cancellation. Full fee is applicable for non-attendance unless cancellation is received at least 2 weeks before the event.
• All cancellations must be made in writing.
• A refund less than 50% will be made for cancellations received in 2 weeks or more before the event, or alternatively you may nominate a substitute.
• No refund for cancellations received with less 2 weeks's notice.
• The Organisers reserve the right to change event dates, venue or programme as deemed necessary.
